As it is known, "Circular on the Use of Open Source Software in the Public", which will popularize the use of open source software (AKKY), was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The circular aims to increase the competitiveness of our country by expanding the use of open source software in the public sector, saving on IT expenses, reducing manufacturer dependency and strengthening cyber security. In particular, priority will be given to replacing commercially licensed software, whose license costs are relatively high and whose open source software equivalents are widely used in the relevant field, with open source software.
In this context, as İber Teknoloji A.Ş., we prefer FAAS (Function As a Service) and SAAS (Software As a Service) architectures by using open source software in our projects.
As İber Teknoloji, our partnership process with Volosoft, the manufacturer of the abp (abp.io) framework, which is a local and open source code framework, has been completed.
We will work harder to implement Open Source Code projects.
